Okay, my Wounds just hit eight from some ill-advised warfare and now the storylet triggered. It dropped my Wounds from 8 to 7 (d'awww) and gave me a Vision of the Surface.
I don't find this all that useful and I would have rather had an extensive chess duel with the Boatman but hey, it doesn't cost an action.

And taking the "Perhaps Not" option doesn't actually do anything, you have to use it. Sell your amulets if you got 'em, folks.

Aww man, I like my amulets! I only have two, and I'd really like to keep them. More incentive not to die I suppose. But a choice to use them or not would be nice.
