Accessing Flute Street post-University

...CAN one get to Flute Street if, in fact, they choose to keep the Provost's secret and thus become a Ruthless Pragmatist? It seems that in order to access Flute Street, you need to work through the Semi-Semiotic Fellow, who only comes to you if you did the right thing. Is that the case? I'm putting off my decision, sadly, because while I'd *love* to be the ruthless pragmatist, I have my heart set on all things rubbery.
