Anyone know what happens if I reject an invitation, someone sent me two and I accepted one of them but am not sure what to do with the second.

Same goes for Sparring,Loitering,Suppers and Games of chess! Sure I'll accept them occasionaly but I wont help you grind them most of the time.
But calling cards are highly welcome! (Got too much influence for cards at the moment. Sorry!)

You need to be Acquainted with someone to send them a Christmas Card, going off of the description; given that Mr Eaten rejected your calling card, i don't think he'll be available for christmas pleasantries.

Well, yes, the traditional method does usually involve chugging laudanum until you run out of laudanum, nightmares, or vital signs. However, using the last vestiges of my common sense, I've decided to substitute Greyfield's First Sporing, of which I have plentiful supplies.
This is in no way because I am cowering in my wine cellar, with the calling card very far away on my dining-room table.
