Featuring in the Tales of the University

So I recently gained access to the University, and I'm trying to raise my Featuring in the Tales of the University to 25 so I can proceed in becoming a POSI. But I only got to 5 and then I had to raise my Term Passing... to 12 and then it reset when I did that. Am I doing the wrong thing, or does it just take a really long time to Feature in Tales?
