My "Trailing the Affluent Photographer" quality has been stuck at 2 for weeks -- how do I advance it to 3, so I can use the "Revolution and Coffee" card? I thought I just needed to wait for the right card to surface, but now I'm not so sure. I think I must be missing something somewhere.
I elected to do this solo (without the helping-a-friend option). But perhaps that was a mistake.
Thanks for your advice.

Wait for the card to turn up, the same one that got you from 0 to 1 and from 1 to 2.
