Been away visiting the Surface. What to do now?

I took a major break from this game for somewhere between 1/2 and 1 year. (I can't quite remember when, but it was when stats maxed at 140.) I've returned and simply don't know what to do now. Are there new locations across the Zee? What has been changed in Fallen London itself? Will the Name finally be revealed?! (Probably not that last one yet.)

First off, you should probably try out the new expeditions in the forgotten quarter content. There's also more advanced professions. Second chances can now be used to increase your stats. The Echo bazaar's had an update, several items have been restatted and more...
