I remember when I played before, I enjoyed the Knife & Candle portion of the game when it was active, and I was wondering when/if it will be offered again?

There were messages about the FBG staff working on it, but as far as I know there was no deadline yet.

I thought there was a blog post saying that we would not see another round because it was difficult to keep balanced across all 4 skills. Perhaps there will be renewed interest given the recent surge in Londoner ideas on the subject.

Knife and Candle appears to have whispered its way through the fog. Most definitely coming back, the streets are preparing us for a renewed fighting.
