i just stumbled across a card i never saw before "The Law's Long Arm" most of the choices are locked on it because i don't have necessary levels of "Spending Secrets", "Counting the days", or "Aligned with a Faction". anybody have any idea what these stats are? I never saw them before?
I know "Spending Secrets" has to do with the Numismatrix , but what about the others?
