After getting plastered with half of the Christian clergy and drinking in weeks worth of irrigo from the Cave of the Nadir, I've finally received my 10th Vial of Tears of the Bazaar for my future Noman this Sacksmas. My character got from Scholar of the Correspondence 16 to 18 in one fell swoop on Monday, and without dying. I'm very pleased! Even if now the overgoat grind continues, in advance of whenever it's time to try for SotC 19.
(I haven't done anything else of note lately, precisely because I've been saving for that goshdarn goat.)

My lily has now won nine victories in a row! From level 5 on one Tournament through to level 2 two Tournaments later. Doing a full run up the Tournament ladder in one go was very satisfying.
EDIT: It got to 11 victories in a row before being finally beaten. Well done Cedric Appleby's lily!

After winning my Majestic Pleasure Yacht a little over a week ago, I now have finally earned enough to add another "optional" luxury transportation: I have finally purchased a Respectable Landau!
Edit: And the next day, I got another (as in 2) Ratwork Watch from robbing the Drunken Rat, so that's an additional 230 echoes also! (And considering the costs to get those bribes and hidden bodies books to offset the grind time for the transportation items above, it's nice to be so quickly reimbursed and be back in profit!)
