Because The People must know...
Have you EVERY house? - Impossible to say, of course. I have never encountered an opportunity card to purchase an abode that I do not already have, and there is a vacant lot where Knife and Candle Manor once resided. Still it is not impossible that there is another lodging that is not talked about on any forum or wiki.
All PoSI items? - Yes, save for a Constant Companion. I will most likely be obtaining a Fate Locked one eventually, but I am having a hard time choosing.
Is your equipment maxed? - All save an Overgoat
Have you an Overgoat? - No, but I embarked upon an epic crusade to obtain one.
How high is your Master Thief? - Light-fingered
How high are your Newspaper Accomplishments? - A Humble Servant of Truth, Honest and true, Quite strange, Spicy and indiscreet
How high is your Experienced Zailor? - A Well-Known Navigator
How high is your the Boatman's Opponent? - 10 (An Enthusiastic Player)
Have you maxed out all your Quirks? - I am not aware of any cap for quirks. I know that there are caps for what certain actions can give quirks, but I believe that to be a minority.
Have you maxed out all of your Connections? To at least 150? - I still struggling to get them all to fifty, let alone a hundred and fifty.
Did you get the (various items)? - I have both the Anarchist's Sabel and the Neddy Jacket, but lack the other items mentioned.
Do you have a Rare Pet? A Bat with Attitude? - My Dog is Haunted by my lack of a Bat.
How high is your Connected: Masters? - 1
Does your mantelpiece display and singular item and a singular accomplishment? - Unlikely. I do have 12 Coruscating Souls, but I will be quite surprised if no one has more.
Have you every item in the game including things like Primeval Hints, Trembling Amber and Unusual Love Stories? - I have Unusual Love Stories, but not the other two. However, I have yet to venture to either Polytherme or The Iron Republic.
How many Cryptobotanical Rosettes do you have? - None; And I intend to wash my hands of that damned plant and sell it to the Botanist at the next Opportunity. Perhaps she can make a nice salad out of it.

Have you EVERY house? - All the ones still available as of the time I started playing; that is to say no K&C accommodations.
All PoSI items? - All but the constant companion. This may change; I have been eyeing the Cultured Attaché recently. If I'm right about why they are so hungry, well... I can relate to that. And perhaps she isn't hungry, exactly...
Is your equipment maxed? - I think there is a shoe I haven't purchased yet, though I have the means to do so.
Have you an Overgoat? - Amalthea is her name. Or will be, once I get out of Doubt Street to name her.
How high is your Master Thief? - 2/5 (is 5 the highest named level?)
How high are your Newspaper Accomplishments? - 10/10, 7/10, and 10/10. Soon...
How high is your Experienced Zailor? - 7/10.
How high is your the Boatman's Opponent? - 18. I haven't had an opportunity to die since I acquired my last weeping scar...

Otherwise I hit all the ones with names; though neither heartless nor forceful are at appropriate levels (8 and 7, respectively.) I prefer ruthlessness and subtlety. The others are 16-30.
Have you maxed out all of your Connections? 150+: Hell, The Church, Society, Bohemians, Constables, Docks, 130+: Criminals, Great Game, Tomb Colonies, 50+: Urchins, Revolutionaries, Orient, 0+: Benthic, Summerset, Dutchess

Do you have a Rare Pet? A Bat with Attitude? - Yes
How high is your Connected: Masters? - 3/8 (is 8 the highest named level currently?)
Does your mantelpiece display and singular item and a singular accomplishment? - No, I've been working on being the first to max all three Newspaper accomplishments.
How many Cryptobotanical Rosettes do you have? - 1, and that's as high as I'm going. Not a fan of that story...

It is. In the storylets which require Master Thief, like Windward Tower, Uniquely Larcenous is the last requirement displayed. I think FletchrHonorama has the highest level at 14.

I'm grinding away at travellersside's item targets to keep me busy. 10 of the top-tier items, and enough of the lower levels to convert 40 more, plus 100 echoes of each non-convertible good, plus 10 of each sidestreet item. Almost halfway there! Spreadsheet's in my signature.
As far as I know I'm the only person with Hellfarer >34. The storyline that gives you Hellfarer gives you 34, & after that, as Aximillio said, you cash in Deals with Devils for 1 change point each.
ETA: Just reached 50% of my arbitrarily high targets! That is good fortune to celebrate, so we're not derailing the thread too much.

No, but it's a work in progress.

Unseen; I actually have no idea how high that is. I don't suspect it's very much.

Hound of Truth, which I again think is not very high. I've not spent very much time in Doubt Street.

Yes on all accounts. That should really be Anarchist's Sabel and Neddy Jacket.

At long last, my delicious friends, I have accomplished the very goal I descended into Fallen London for: I have gained access to The University! While it pales in comparison to other achievements, it is a mighty personal one.
Now I think I shall dream a while..... Anyone care to tell me a Gaoler's favorite color? ~_^

Ladies and gentlemen, I am now the very proud owner of a Rubbery Euphonium!
I have spent months camped out in Spite waiting for this thing and was beginning to wonder if it were nothing but an inside joke or a very cruel trick played on the more gullible players. And then this morning I was listlessly flipping through cards and there it was, in all its amber glory. Please rejoice with me! Punch will be served in the secret salon at half-past eleven.
. . . and now I don't know what to do with myself. Not that I have everything or have done everything, but that was my big goal for so long. I need to pick another one. Maybe building up my Master Thief (how high does this go?). Maybe an expensive item from the Bazaar.

Master Theif has no cap, but it's highest moniker is "Uniquely Larcenous" at 5. Also, OVERGOAT!

Well, I started collecting enough materials for converting 1200 Tales of Terrors at the end of May, and I started converting at the end of August.
I should have an Overgoat this time next month.

My ambition is slightly less grandiose. I'm only attempting to convert 400 Tales of Terror. With the Coruscating Souls I already have, that should give me enough to Overgoat myself, and have a couple of extra. Assuming, of course, that fortune favors me in a mathematically similar way it did the last time I did this.
