80,000 Whispered Secrets sell for 800 Echoes. 50 Bazaar Permits sell for 625 Echoes. Did you grind for Visions and Notions and then make the Permits at the Sidestreets? That seems terribly inefficient. That's less efficient than selling them and buying Whispered Secrets.

I actually bought the Whispered Secrets. Inefficent, yes, but I had 1,300 Echoes and no clothing or items that I needed. I didn't want to just sit on the Echoes, so I figured I should use them for something.

Given that I am a PoSI, it might surprise some of you that I have just now gotten my first of the rare opportunity pets, A Haunted-looking Dog. It's no Salt Weasel, but I cheered when I got the card.
I will name him Mort de Chat. I think he'll like that.

So... while working on my Iron Box, I just spotted a new card. Never saw it before. I click it, and I get a Rubbery Euphonium.

I'm impressed good sir! From what i know of it (little, because it's so rare), it's quite possibly the rarest of the rare cards... If you put your mind to it, you can get Weasels or Dogs... but this, i don't know anyone who has it You've got yourself an amazing little treat! What's it like? (companion/pet? stats?)

It's not a big one... but
My blood-stained charecter now has his own Gang Of Hoodlums! Or as I like to put it, he has his own LLC now! (LLC-Lowlife Liability Corporation) Perhaps i'll use them to sheild his little salt-weasel from viewing the more, grueosome details of my charecter's work/hobby... Afterall I don't want my salt weasel to lose its naivety... who knows what'll happen!

It just gives a +1 to Bizarre and I'm pretty sure it means that you won't get the other two rare pets, but I still think the little thing is nifty. Didn't realize it was a pet back when I got it. Makes me think twice about putting my lips on the aperture!

I reached about 6000 echoes while trying to get an overgoat... then decided to blow it all on getting one of every piece of equipment from the bazaar (Minus the goat). Set me back a bit, but on the plus side I'm now prepared to juggle my stats as I see fit, and fulfill any item requirements I may come across.
