A Connoisseur of Neathy Delights, to be exact. I was wondering just what you do with these as the wiki does not tell me much about them.

You need to have it in order to choose the Egg Imponderable form in K&C. I don't know of any other uses at this time.

I don't know for sure, but I imagine that drawing the relevant Opportunity card and playing it, enough times? or does that card cap at 5?

You can also raise it with certain options on the Fate-locked track of attending the Masters revels, which can raise it above eight (I have it currently at nine).
