Reducing Scandal outside the city

While pursuing my ambition I have travelled to the Southern Archipelago, and find I need to reduce my Scandal to progress. Is there any way to do so and return without sailing across the Underzee again? All the usual methods seem to require you to be able to visit locations within Fallen London.

My gut feeling is that Hunter's Keep has something like this? But I may be wrong; I know there's Hunter's Keep actions allowing you to reduce other menaces.

Hunter's Keep is just wounds and nightmares.
If you have the Safe Conduct, and get enough Changed by the Iron Republic, you can get rid of all your menaces.

Sorry RL means I am not a very active player at the moment. No social actions unless you are prepared to wait and definitely no sparring or other mult-action things.
