I've noticed in a few games they seem to have the logo for the game in the top left corner. Is this something that is customizable and if so, how?

This is a special privilege which FBG have given out in the past for winning a competition, or having a close connection with them, or generally just catching their eye.
So, in short, no - not in the general case. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Although you *can* insert pictures on your title pages. You just need to host the picture publicly somewhere like dropbox.
