I emailed to check what the specifics were for entering a Story Nexus world to IFComp:

Yep, StoryNexus games are eligible. It's okay to publish the games and make them visible on StoryNexus when the IFComp opens -- we don't demand exclusivity. During the competition, though, please don't monetize the game.
