Has any of you already obtained this quality, which is, I think, associated with the dangerous Living Story? (I got the "something else will happen soon" message, together)
In case, is it like the others or there's something different?

Hmm. I don't think that I've heard of that one. Where did you find/start it?

It's a mid-level Watchmaker's Hill storylet. It locks at higher level, so you might be able to lower your Dangerous enough to see it.
I think this parallels the early roll-out of the other two qualities: it showed up a few places in the early Watchful/Persuasive path, then the lowest-level storylets were opened to everyone so anyone could get the quality.

I can't seem to find a way for level capped characters to gain this quality. Any idea how I might accomplish that?

I, too, would very much like to know that. I admit that I had been careless enough to submit to the not-so-tender ministrations of London morti... students of medical profession in my past, but these days are long gone now.

Likewise - the first 2 sets of low level stories have been accessible for me. But the corresponding two, including this one - I've never been able to pursue, as i'm too high level.

What's the name of the Shadowy equivalent, I pray? I can't help but wonder why the Persuasive/Watchful living stories are accessible to all players, but the other two aren't. Strange, isn't it? edited by Rupho Schartenhauer on 3/24/2015

Indeed. It could serve as a useful way to get mid-level players to PoSI/cap faster, but only having two available makes for an odd asymmetry. I don't care all that much about Persuasive, but I'll hit its cap second thanks to Admiring Attention.
(I was a little more annoyed during the early stage of SMEN, where one of the options gives a decent drop to Dangerous and Shadowy, and I couldn't use those options to recover them faster. But I suppose being inconvenienced and annoyed is kind of the point.)

I thought there was a persuasive one as well: Subject of admiring attention. It comes with something else will happen soon message - I got it somewhere in Velilgarden at one point.

There are living stories for all four main qualities: Recalling a Dream of Other Places - Watchful, the Subject of admiring attention - Persuasive, A Name Built in Blood - Dangerous, and That Which Lives in Shadow - Shadowy. The difference is that the ones for Persuasive and Watchful are openly accessible for all players, while those for Shadowy and Dangerous are not.
