Bug: I just got charged for goods, not recieved

Hello, long time player, first time poster. I just spent some time saving up for 2000 foxfire candle stubs, then when I went to buy them, a curious thing happened, I was charged 40 echoes (less then the 60 the purchase should have run me) and never recieved my goods!
Please help.
