IF you are asking how to make a billion rat - I think those are made in normal zone if you have close to a billion of rats? One way is in the god deck card, and I think there are others elsewhere ... heart of rat zone? King rat storylet? I don't remember.

Ha! I have four different billion rat cards in front of me (one in god deck, three in "always" cards - unlocked by 1G -1 rats, 1G -1 royal rats, and 900M holy rats.

to get AvaRat of god: you must have a billion rat and use the heart "ascension" will be in the option name, as well as the description being fairly obvious.
to get Heart of the rat Zone you need to go to the rat storage zone
to get there you have to have a veritable ton-tonn of rats: 4-5 millions at least, more is better.
another option is to obtain the mode of rat: in the beezone.
and to go there. uhhh I think you need enough bees.. so basically the answer to everything is Bees

unrepentant is something you get if you chose "no it's good to be a tyrant" type option in the "repent?" card that shows up if you have a ratking and became a tyrant, and a billion rat (believe you don't use the billion rat in the "no" option)
or it might be in the achievement station if you have become a tyrant already. I advice not being a tyrant though, as I think that means you cannot leave hellzone unless you have mode of rat.

In any case, I'm a bit stuck in Hell Zone. That was probably the entire point of Hell Zone, but I have cats to send! Rats. I meant rats. That isn't why I'm in Hell Zone is it? I have also found said game and would be more willing to receive all the rats that are sent/thrown/given to me for erotic and culinary purposes.
