I triggered the living story about the Numismatrix about 4 days ago, and nothing is happening yet... Do you reckon this is normal or some bug?

Fairly normal. I've had to wait any time from a few hours to a few weeks for a living story to evolve.
Even for the same living story, I've had one character reach the next stage in hours while another had to wait several days to continue. Don't worry just yet!
