Impossible to Buy Nex?

Am I the only one who can't buy Nex?
I go to the Nex page, but there's nothing but a bunch of offer tabs with nothing in them - including the one that should allow me to pay for it specifically...
I sent an email to ebbugs several days ago, but there was no response.
Any thoughts? I'd like to be able to give them money!
