Optimatum, whoa, really?! If you or someone could check all the values that would be awesome--we've been assuming they're 70% for the first three steps, 60% for the fourth, and 50% for all the rest.

Right now I'm converting lots of Deals with a Devil so I can confirm that those are 60% and Room Numbers are 50%. I don't remember the exact numbers for everything else but I'm fairly certain they're all multiples of 10% right where we thought.

Spreadsheet updated so that EPA if you have the supplies on hand subtracts the cost of those supplies.

Question: why is the Jade/Labyrinth route of grinding gossip for identities uncovered considered better than just chatting to Mrs Plenty?
The latter gives 6 gossip for 3 actions, while the former gives 6 gossip for 2 actions but at a cost and at least an action to get the Jade in the first place. What am I missing here?
