[SPOILER] Help with Foreign Office (Fate portion)

I have been going through the Fate-locked portion of the Foriegn Office storyline. Without going into too much detail, I had discovered some secrets about the Face and the Teeth, and was, ahem, shown to the door by one of the Teeth agents.
I was returned to Wilmont's end and lost my "Diplomat in the Making" quality, so I can no longer re-enter the Office.
I am curious if this is the current end of the line or if further matters arise in opoprtunity cards or some other method. Or did I completely miss out without realizing it? I was hoping to acquire a Constant Companion from this area (it is the only reason I spent the Fate to unlock this content), but seem to have lost that opportunity.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

That's not supposed to happen. If you can't reenter the office at this point, this is clearly a bug. Email ebbugs@failbettergames.com and they'll get you sorted out.
