Where do I get the items the Duchess is looking for?

They're from the christmas event when Mr. Sacks visits. I think I recall that if you used fate to send a package to someone, there might be one of those items inside for them.

I actually just started getting that card again, well after Mr. Sacks left for the year. I can't help but wonder if it means that something else will be coming to provide the items in question.

Unlikely, I remember getting it repeatedly when I had just started playing EBZ, which was this time of year because the Feast of Exceptional Rose was occurring. I think it just continues appearing for a few months after Christmas.

The duchess is the first purveyor of spam. I need to hire a butler to refuse her card when she comes calling, my handsome townhouse needs a butler anyway.
I know already that the duchess has a list. Her darn list (of things quite impossible for me to obtain) has been popping up daily or (more usually) multiple times a day.

honestly this card should probably been unlocked if you have at least one of the requisite items, and not just be a Thing that makes no sense to anyone
or at least give it a Counting the Days option or something
