Unfortunately,if you want another player to give you St Destin's Candle (they will give you no candle), you will have to wait until Hallowmass. However, if you raise your Seeking to 35 or more before the last two weeks of August, you could gain a (will gain no) candle by gaining the Torment destiny.

I am not sure I want the torment ending, sounds awful and my character deserves better,

Isn’t that pretty much true for Seeking as a whole?
