Can't find any info on that front. Maybe somebody who follows the game more closely can answer. Is the game planned to be fully voiced, partially or not at all? How many actors, what's about narrator?

I saw a brief discussion about this -- commenters were in favour, but I don't believe there was a response. It was either on the Steam page discussion, or on reddit rather than here, I think. Sorry, it's been a while, so I don't remember more detail.
