Quick question, does the Neath have naturally occurring Surface colors, or are said colors only visible near candles/lightbulbs?

In other words, if I used a Neathbow-colored anglerfish lure as a light source, would it prevent objects with Surface colors from showing their Surface colors? And are there bioluminescent wildlife which emit Surface-style light aside from auroral crabs,
since said crabs are implied to be unnaturally created via Dawn Machine bioengineering?
I mean, colours are only visible when they're illuminated by a light source in real life, so it wouldn't be terribly surprising if that were the case in the Neath as well.
