I also wish there was more use for the Zeefaring skill, but I'm glad they didn't make it a modifier on the difficulty of all the other checks at Zee. Multi-stat challenges mean that you can't use one of your existing outfits. Some people paid actual money for more outfit slots. It's an annoyance any time something wants me to equip items individually

They have to give you some incentive to buy still more outfit slots, don't they?

I really get the sense that there's no such thing as "enough" outfits.

When I go to Zee and open the map, unlockable locations such as Polythreme, the Elder Continent etc. cannot be accessed and sailed to unless I refresh the page or leave the map and come back to it. It's no big deal, but I don't imagine that is how it is supposed to work.

I thought so too, but then one day I accidentally double-clicked on a location and the map zoomed in and the locations became selectable-- similar to the London map, except it's not zoomed out anywhere near as much as that defaults to.

Ah yes, thanks for that. It's marginally less inconvenient I suppose, only having to zoom in rather than having to reload the page. Not sure why those particular locations can't appear without you having to zoom, though...

Go into your account settings, under Preferences, and enable the compatibility version of the map. You have to do this separately in every browser you use for FL. You should always do this, even if you have a high-end machine running the latest version of your browser, because the design of the non-compatibility version of the map is so much worse. (Why do I see less when I zoom out? Why did you think I zoomed out, you stupid map? Show me everything, all the time!)

Anyone remembers what the next port should be? Irem, or I'm delusional?

I don't recall them ever announcing what the next port would be after the Khanate. There's enough in-game content adjacent to Irem to indicate that it's on the radar, but nothing about when it might be or what else might be next.

I would be a little surprised if new content dropped before Fruits of the Zee. And if new content does drop, I would expect TLUpolis before another port, but that's just a guess. Still, that gives a good two months between Fruits and Hallowmas.

Stupid question, but I have an alt who needs to go to Copsecage Island to retrieve a renown item. But I cannot for the life of me figure out how to unlock that location in the new Zailing mode. What am I missing?
