It seems that the way to get the acquaintance of the sardonic music-hall singer is to choose a certain choice at the end of the case of the absconding devil. It seems that I made the wrong choice on this in the past and now can't seem to get her acquaintance to go with that option for becoming a POSI. Is there another way to somehow get this acquaintance or do I need to follow a different route?

She should pop up again as an Opportunity Card so long as your Persuasive is above 105. You might need to draw cards with Persuasive-increasing gear equipped if you don't naturally reach that, and even then you'll need luck and/or persistence to fight the random deck. Good luck!
