In an attempt to live vicariously through others I read through all the things which go with the Firkin of Hesperian Cider but the content of the dreams confused me, I consider myself a relatively learned man in terms of the lore of FL so it struck me as strange that I could not even begin to make heads nor tails of it, if anyone is willing to illuminate me on its meaning or failing that posit a theory I would love to hear as I am stumped

Long story short: humanity is made by the Stone (along with every other lifeform), and these dreams are memories of dwelling in her garden before banishment, which were later corrupted into myths about Eden.
Hesperidian garden is from Greek mythology, in it were growing fruits of immortality (which are used to brew said Cider), which is also a corrupted retelling of Stone's domain (in-universe).
