Has there been any word on when the locks are likely to be removed from Moulin content? Even if it's just a lower bound, that would be convenient, so I can (for example) know whether I can safely call a dividends-only board meeting without waiting till the last moment before Time the Healer hits, without risking delaying my railroad's progress by a week.
