What's the best way of getting Memories of Light? Is it just the Beeswax Unfinished Business option, or is there a better way? I need 500 for clarification.

I haven't done the math, but I wouldn't be surprised if it works out better to steal Tales of Terror in Thefts of a Particular Character and then convert them twice.

Depending on your grinds and Renown: Docks, sponsoring a trading expedition for the Scarabs and upconverting can also work well.

Is there any quick way to get night-whispers?

Giving Orphans a new home in the pits of the Labyrinth of Tigers and then celebrating with a Minister of Culture would probably be quickest if you want a fair number. It's not necessarily quick, but it is as efficient as one can get for an item that expensive.

How do you gain access to Mahogany Hall now?
From the wiki: Wiki note: You can access this storylet by clicking on the "Mahogany Hall" location in the Spite area on the travel map.
I have a PoSI alt, and MH is unlocked on my main so I know right where the location is, but there's nothing to click on on the alt. They've progressed up through the Wars of Illusion in the Flit and the Palace, so it shouldn't be content locked at this point. I've checked my lodgings, Spite, and The Flit for Storylets that seem to indicate access; the Bohemian Sculptress will send me there, once I discover the route, but her help tip is: If you don't know the route, you can open it up here at your Lodgings with the 'Open a way to other parts of the City' storylet. Which was, of course, removed recently. The requirements for the Bohemian lady says: Unlocked when Route: Mahogany Hall is -- in the Spite map area. Suggestions?

It's visible for me almost due south of the carnival and north-east of Watchmaker's Hill. Honestly, I would have expected it way north of there and further west, but what do I know. Not visible? It doesn't appear to be one of those that only crop up when you zoom in.

The building itself is visible, but it doesn't have a name attached, and clicking on it does nothing, just like clicking out in the ocean or on any building that isn't labelled on the map.

I'm so sorry, I didn't read your original post carefully enough. At this stage, and if no-one here can help, I'd drop a line to FB.

I keep pulling menace cards from Mr Pages because I haven't written him a book about the Wilting Dandy. It says to go to veilgarden, but I cant see any options relating to this here. I tried writing a short story, but that didn't help either. Can someone please help and tell me what I'm meant to do? Thanks.

When you finish writing a short story, you have options for how you can finish it. The Wilting Dandy story requires the basic 10 pages, and potential of 50+, and should show up as an option when you are in the Finish Your Short Story storylet

Ahh thank you. Wish I had've asked earlier. Those story writing tasks are annoyingly grindy. I got mine up to 40 and didn't see any different options popping up so published hoping that would do the trick. Should've gone for another 10 potential.

This is a question about The Wedding Guests phase of weddings.
Is the player locked into this storylet until all Organizing a Wedding is spent?

Thanks. I will need to rethink my approach to my characters' weddings.
I was hoping that it becomes a universal storylet that my peeps can use at any time. I will update the wiki later to include a statement about being locked into the storylet if this is indeed the case. edited by Rostygold on 3/14/2020

Let me provide extra information here. I accepted an invitation a while back without realising you need to jump on it immediately. When I did respond maybe a week later, it no longer worked. From what I can see, it never works again, so players are stuck with the storylet for evermore. It's never seemed worth bothering FL and asking them to remove it. But it certainly means I shan't be requesting an invitation from anyone again to avoid the clutter.
