Calculating CP gains from actions

Something that's annoyed me is that action results don't show the amount of CP you gain. You can infer it if you know the *exact* amount of CP you had beforehand, but that can be difficult to find/remember, especially for the non-main qualities where there isn't a progress bar.
This is extra silly because the game *does* send this this information in the results, it just doesn't display it! I've been using a Google spreadsheet to translate the JSON results into concrete gain/loss amounts, for updating the wiki. I figured I'd clean it up a bit and share it, although it's still not what I'd call "easy to use":
