Hello everyone, I have a question about the exceptional friend. I subscribed again before the subscription of the exceptional friend did not expire. My remaining world is shown as 30 days, instead of the remaining 8 days plus 30 days of this subscription. This makes me a little confused. Can someone answer it for me?

This is something that will happen when you subscribe again with days remaining because of the payment system FBG uses.
I had the same issue some time ago and support was more than helpful! Be sure to pop an email to support@failbettergames.com with this issue.

It also happened to me. Frankly, I found it rather irritating. FB made restitution in the form of Fate for the days lost.
It apparently happened because, in my case, the gap between cancelling the old and setting up the new payment arrangements was too long, and not long enough -- i.e. I should have either done it seamlessly in one sitting, or waited until the very end of the EF period. Still, people's credit cards need renewing every couple of years, so a better system would be nice.
