End of the Quest? (Martyr King's Cup Spoilers)

I finished the Martyr King's Cup Ambition today, and I feel pretty satisfied how it turned out. I chose the golden choice at the end because I wasn't quite anchored to reality enough, but I definitely feel like I earned the ending I got. That said, when I went to continue with another character, I was only able to pick Wealth, Fame and Truth.
Is completing the ambition a one time thing for your lineage, or is there any way that you can reset things and retry it? I wouldn't mind questing again and making somewhat different choices in the future...
