This is actually somewhat outdated information, though it has the benefit of being available at all Menace levels instead of requiring more careful curation. Flash resetting is the current fastest method for opportunity deck refreshing, only taking 2 actions per refresh (plus, it doesn't require Fate content); I've pasted a well-written guide below from Arkaneth on Discord:
HOW TO RESET YOUR DECK:
1) Get the Barrel with Leather Shoulder-Straps. You need Renown 10 with the Bohemians for it.
2) Buy :
a) Pair of Scarlet Stockings of Dubious Origin.
b) Modish Bonnet.
3) Lower your nightmares and suspicion below 3. Make sure your Scandal is 2 without item modifiers.
4) Put the BARREL, the stockings and the bonnet on.
5) Enter flash lay.
6) Get kicked from flash lay.
7) GOTO 5 if needed

I think the introductory area explicitly called me Ambassador, and then when visiting the embassy the text described me spending a few hours going through papers and affairs - I would be surprised if non-Ambassadors did the same work.

The new Arbor content is absolutely lovely. The entrancing prose seems to conjure this dreamworld into being right before my eyes: spices, flowers, attar, chestnuts, balconies, serpents--all of it! It's inspiring all of the symphonies I'm writing for SotC (I've started naming these, incidentally, since the Empress seems to think they are all the same.  )

I'm just lazy and spy on the embassy 5 times. ~3.57 epa over 7 actions; basically a better Overgoat card that gets me more watchful experience.

Word of caution: losing your Permission to Linger does indeed result in your immediate expulsion from the story, so anything that exchanges all your Permission to Linger for anything else will send you back to your lodgings.

Here's a reminder to everyone. If you want to "farm" the opportunity deck, the fastest way to refill the deck is to go to Sinning Jenny's finishing school on Ladybones Road and then immediately leave. This takes 6 actions but your deck refills instantly. It also gives you 1 point in both suspicion and scandal, but I assume that shouldn't be an issue for most players.

Cash???? What cash? I have been so engrossed in the content, trying to get a glimpse of the third city and picking tidbits, I didn't even notice I was grinding!
And I have to say, I was blown away by how everything was foreshadowed since Hallowhmass. Expeditions, Heists, the Elections (the Shoshana storyline). This is quite the way to roll out a new place/story.

The Queen got a little bit of a nerf, and seems to have two outcomes now:
- 3 Attar for 1 FiHP (seems to be more common)
- All Attar for [Attar/3] FiHP (rare, but not super-rare - 20% perhaps?)
The latter still makes this very profitable (esp. at high volumes), just not enough to fuel the 11 and 16.8 EPA grinds we came up with yesterday.

Not sure where/if this was posted, but I raise Attar to 77 and there was no new option on the card.
Some planning and a small error, but I also managed to get it to 78 to visit Far Arbor with 77, but, alas, no new option in any of the 5 regions.

Direful Reflections are nice if you're in need of them, but trading Attar for Favours has better monetary value. Both items are valued 12.5 E, but DR costs 7 Attar while FiHP only costs 3 Attar each.
