I saw this card maybe a few months ago, and never since. I'm afraid it's discontinues. Please, if anyone saw it recently, reply?

It also has Rare frequency, so it's totally normal to not see it for six months at a time. Just like Moods.

The larger your deck (which generally correlates to the longer you've been in the game), the less likely you are to see any particular card, most especially the rare ones. I got multiple Mood cards a week when I was in my first month or two of playing. Not precisely the rate I'm getting now.

My understanding is that it has never gone, but if you have a Head of Picaresque Tales or a Blue and Shining Stone, it will not appear unless/until you sell that item. If i can find it, I'll post a link to where that issue last came in the Forums.
