Sources for silk?

So, I have recently realized that Polythreme becomes 125% less frustrating (heh,since it starts from 200% frustration) ...
if you have Surface silk to use as payment.
Now, where to get Silk scraps?
- You can sail to the island of Hunter's Keep, where the 3 sisters/Hecates/whoever live, and find silk in the boathouse
- You should be able to threaten people in Spite to give you gifts, but my character isn't ruthless enough for that.
- any others?

I've read that the "A Firm Hand" action in the 4th Coil of the Labyrinth Of Tigers can provide Silk Scraps. Not sure how viable that is though, for what you need. :-)
Edit: I'm pretty sure there are actions in Polythreme, which provide Surface Silk. (One Might Even Profit In Such A Place -> Soft To The Touch)
Those might be more useful than trying to do stuff using beasts in the 4th Coil.

You can grind through romance in the Empress Court AND simultaneously grind Silk Scraps x85 per action (https://fallenlondon.fandom.com/wiki/Attend_to_Matters_of_Romance)
