I'll quote my question from over here: http://community.failbettergames.com/topic27313-march-exceptional-story-noises-from-upstairs.aspx?Page=2#post236724

Unfortunately I missed the chance to unlock the story. Don't ask. I'm really sad about that. When will the story become available to buy for FATE? I would love to play it.

The March story is a while ago, but in general, FailBetter are very good at unlocking a missed story for Exceptional Friends even if the deadline has passed. They've done it for me in the past, and did it for someone else on here very recently. You might want to contact them.
Otherwise, it takes a while -- months? If the stories don't get released for purchase until the concluding storylet is made available (and I'm not positive about that), it would be approx. four months after the first story of the season appeared, which in this case would be June -- maybe. edited by Jermaine Vendredi on 4/10/2019 edited by Jermaine Vendredi on 4/10/2019

I'll keep my fingers crossed.

First, thank you for the Raven Advisor story... I loved it! Sad to eventually lose the Raven, though.
I now have the Uncanny Incunabula and the Pristine Raven's Egg which I should incubate among them, but how should I do that? Is it a card that will appear?

You don't need the Incunabula to incubate your egg. It will happen automatically, over time (I can't remember how long).
If you're looking at the option on the wiki to "incubate a Pristine Raven's Egg among books," that only exists on the ravens card to assist people who got the egg from the advent calendar.

There's no need to lose the raven. You can get a complete set of black and white ravens, though you might want to exclude the "dazed" one (basically, to get rid of the ever-recurring card).
