Difficulties accessing account

I haven't been spending much time in the Neath, recently, but earlier I attempted to change the email linked to my account to one I check more regularly, to remind me to play more often. Unfortunately, the game seems to have removed the older email, without replacing it with the newer, and I don't seem to be able to log in anymore. I tried resetting the password, but that doesn't seem to have worked, and now I can't get in at all. Is there anything that can be done? I'd really prefer not to start again.
