Here i come again, Thank you guys for your warm help!
When writing a port report on Nuncio for the first time, "The bergamot-pomegranate curd on toast."is one of those peculiarities. I would like to know that why its something strange? Is this some kind of hint? I mean, it looks really delicious, right?
Another question is about Gant. I know that its a special megical color between brown and grey. But its hard for me to determin which word is the root of Gant (like "viridis" to "Viric"). Would you like to offer me some ideas?

Oh, an additional doubt. The Name of those clever rats, "Rattus Faber“. I already found that "Rattus" means house rats, but whats the meaning of "Faber", or its just a surename.

I believe this is an example of the "not-quite-London-ness" of Nuncio, as the game puts it. An average Londoner's breakfast might include orange marmalade on toast and a cup of Earl Grey tea. In Nuncio, they have pomegranate instead of orange, curd instead of marmalade, and the bergamot is mixed into the curd instead of the tea. It does indeed sound really delicious, but, to a Londoner, it would be something almost, but not quite, what they're used to eating.

"Faber" is Latin for "smith", or "artisan", or "creator". Rattus faber are, basically, rats who create things.

Curd as a breakfast spread is made by mixing citrus juice with egg as thickener. Pomegranate is not very really tart, but there is no reason you couldn't make curd from the juice.

The word Gant is even leaner because it has lost its "u" (I'm partly joking, but it also feels in the spirit of some Sunless Sea content). Gant is still "glove" in French, mirrored in the English "Gauntlet", but I think that's a coincidence.
