Missing Second Candle

I've been an exceptional friend for ages, but I'm suddenly missing my second candle and 10 card deck. I'm fairly certain it's not a payment issue, and the subscription page says it's still active. I've submitted a bug report, but I just wanted to see if anyone else has had similar issues.

I'm having the same problem. I'm still subscribed, but only have the one candle/small deck now.
The BE EXCEPTIONAL!Subscribe for a second candle and brand new stories every month.
Link shows up, but takes me to a page that says I'm subscribed.
