Myself Titles?

What are the conditions needed for the titles in the 'Myself' tab? I know most of the are based on your stats, but what is the title at the end based on? Currently I have 'breathtaking' in that spot and I believe I used to have 'sinister' before that.

They're entirely based on your modified stats, so changing equipment will change the titles as well. "Breathtaking" is for Persuasive, "Sinister" is for Shadowy.
