I am wondering why I haven`t drawn the Lady in Lilac Card even once since the start on 13th. Also I got the Encounter at the feat only one time in all three days. Up to now I estimate to have drawn >100 cards since 13th which can`t be normal. So I wonder if there any hidden bug at work?

I seem to remember that in prior years, the Lady in Lilac and An Encounter at the Feast become pinned storylets instead of opportunity cards toward the end of the Feast.

Want to remind you all that this time of the year, you can get rid of the devils by skipping to the end of the An Intimate of Devils story without selling your soul.
Using one of the Feast card's option (from A dance with devils! branch), you gain, on average 0.8 CP of the required quality and to get from level 13 to level 18 you need 80 CP so, on average 100 cards.

So... since I don't want to make mistakes... the best course is to exchange gifts for masquing up to 30... get the extra from exchanging Fate-locked masquing gifts... and then deliver the masquing to the Lady in Lilac after the 13th to get the deac... eh, the companion you want?

I also find the Lupercalian mask a puzzling addition. I mean, let's review:

30 fate: Mouthless amber mask, 2 shadowy, 1 dreaded, 1 bizarre
40 fate: Tanned mask, 7 shadowy, 2 dreaded

And now we have for 40 fate: Lupercalian mask, 5 shadowy, 2 bizarre.


I mean, unless you REALLY want all the bizarre you can get instead of dreaded for whatever reason, this seems like a very bad deal. Almost anyone would either go for the same BDR for less fate, or the higher shadowy for the same fate.

[...] My only headache is that I keep landing on the set of options including the Duchess' banquet, on which as far as I can tell none of the choices on offer (excluding the princess, of course, but that's no longer available to me) are particularly attractive, so I spend a lot of energy on rerolling Airs.

If luck is the key, it seems that I really travel the wheel of misfortune for the time being, concerning the Lady in Lilac.
Curiously I get the Feast of the rose card aproximately every 5th-7h card, although I am capped since 2 days on masking.

I've been doing deck resets since the second week begun and the Encounter card, despite being listed as Frequent Frequency or twice of normal frequency, is still rarer than some other cards. This is not the only year people have complained about the frequency of the Encounter and Lilac cards, yet FBG still hasn't done anything about it.
