3.11.25 of Fallen London site, and as of late today, January 12, I have a crippling problem with my Invite someone to a Game of Chess. Sparring Bouts both lethal and non-lethal are affected too. Other social actions seems to be unaffected.
Each time I need to actually select my contact to send action, and IF this action is NOT Decline - so, each time I am trying to perform a meaningful turn - I am getting some though time, then 'blank page', without any options to perform here.
Issue is independent of browsers too.
This issue frustrates me deeply - I am trying to get my friend up to 100 Chess Mastery for him to get him London Nerves. We got to 92 today's morning then this happened.

For what it's worth, I've had two occasions since Christmas during which I experienced varied and strange problems attempting to perform social actions.

I was unable to replicate the error, so it's either been fixed already or there's a more specific cause.

I can confirm for chess games. Invitation opens normally, but clicking an option just produces a bar across the screen or the error stack. That was last night, though. About to try again now.
Later: yes, seems fixed now.
Next day: It seemed fixed for me, but my chess partner has apparently not been informed of my move, so maybe not fixed?
