Mr Wines second item is the "Beggar's Crown".
The item is also on the wiki now. Here is the echo: https://www.fallenlondon.com/profile/Nyarllathotep/15312396

No, you don't.

Yes, unfortunately the Telescope is a prerequisite. Although it doesn't really make sense.
(Likewise, the Wines Cabinett is a prerequisite for the Beggar's Crown.)

I've got Wines' scepter, so of course I want his crown now too! But guess what: last year I dithered between the Khan's Teaset and Wines' Drinks Cabinet... and went for the Teaset. Urrgh. Not even sure I can spend so much Fate this year... two Robes plus the Rubbery love story? Bah
I hate my decisions.

Mr Wines is becoming more and more my "favourite" Master. Very interesting one.

I've got 8 ToL left over from last Neathmas, and I have all the lodgings from Penstock's Wicket (well, except the Brass Embassy five-card, but I'd need to sell my soul for that, and my character wouldn't do that for lodgings). What should I do with my pails of so-called snow? I already have two tattoos - can/should I try for the noman? If so, is the noman tattoo feasible if I only log in a couple of times a day?

The most profitable thing you can do is trade 7x ToL for Tears of the Bazaar when in the Nadir.
Alternatively, you could also get some rare items such as a Soothe & Cooper Long-Box or a Dark-Carapaced Crustacean.
I don't know too much on the logistics of getting a Noman Tattoo. For what it's worth, you can find a table of this year's Noman's Friend-loss on the wiki to calculate how much resources you would need: https://fallenlondon.fandom.com/wiki/Noman's_Friend

The text for Mr. Wines seems to make it pretty clear which Secret of the Masters belongs to him. I'm not sure if that had been "confirmed" before now, but reviewing the Forum thread from back then, most people who had a guess seem to have guessed that one correctly.

Its sceptre was also a potential reward from the Mysteries, while the only evidence before then came from the Conversation on the Road from certain destinies. It seems the writers at Failbetter really like expanding on this fallen king.

I saw the urchins have started selling pails of snow, and just now I drew the Brass Embassy card and saw I can throw souls into fire but not the option to sell my soul for wild words items. Is this correct? Has there always been a delay for that option?

I'll be honest, I'm growing ever more disappointed with the lack of new art - already noticed during Hallowmass, and now exacerbated by the new Mr. Sacks gifts. I understand that most resources go to Sunless Skies, but this is starting to remind me of Echo Bazaar circa 2011.

Yes, a bit of new art especially for new items would be appreciated! I was especially surprised by the new "Gift" being the same as the Gift of Scorn, which is perfect for the Feast of Rose but rather out of place here.

Just got the 11th Door on the Calendar.
5 Royal Blue Feathers.
Well, that was useless.

In fairness, this is the first non-paywalled source for Royal-Blue Feathers and a welcome surprise to see the Valkyrie (or at least an imitator).

Agreed. I enjoyed the brief nod to the main character from one of the most endearing ESs. And Royal Blue Feathers are rare!

This is my first Neathy Christmas, so I'm a little lost. Other than the two free pails of so-called snow (from shoveling and the advent calendar), is there any way to get more other than through the urchins? Because I think there's really no way I'm going to reach the prices they're offering by the end of December.

Each week, for a certain period, TtH brings another Snowbound which gives another pile. You should be able to afford any one reward of you're successful on every PtpT: ToL increase check. Up to the bazaar spire upgrade for sure (own experience) without spending any fate
-- Honeyaddict, Scarlet Saint, Paramount Presence pleasure to meet you.
Has some ideas the Masters won't approve of like some items and establishing a Colony in Parabola.
I will accept most social interactions (not duping). I do enjoy role playing as well. Have some possibly still active codes!

So recently I got a few blue feathers in the Advent Calendar after getting into a snowball fight with a certain band of Urchins (I like to think I'll return fire next time I get the card and don't buy snow). The easy assumption is that these are the very same Urchins as from HOJOTOHO; however, it raises a couple questions in my mind. For one -- For those of you who remember HOJOTOHO vividly, was there a Gap-Toothed Ragamuffin present? Before 2017, the snowball fight still took place in the advent calendar, but if they're wearing their collanders, it's not mentioned -- and instead of giving feathers, it gave a single rat and some Legal items. The Ragamuffin was the one who bestowed this rat to you before 2017; if he was present in Hojotoho, it could mean that these Urchins have been snowballing us before even their story! For another...
What of those who sent the Valkyrie to the foreign office instead? Do they still get feathers? If so, from whom? Just some other Urchin who inherited the mantle?
That particular band of urchins includes: The Valkyrie The Unbending Bodyguard The Sniffing Tracker The Rough-Knuckled Poet The Rowdy Wolf-Hide The Clean-Faced Trickster The Yawning Slinger
No Gap-Toothed Ragamuffin among them.
