I can't say I'm sure what half of that means, but Extraordinary Implications we can help with.
The most reliable way to discover such implications is to build up your knowledge: acquire Whispered Hints and Cryptic Clues, combine these to make Appalling Secrets, and then tell your secrets to the nice deacons of Summerset [N.B. Do this by clicking on your Appalling Secrets in your inventory] and see what they come up with. Note that this will require at least a small amount of standing with Summerset College.
