Island 1 was used for Mutton Island, though the bottom doesn't look so Muttony. I haven't been there since the change, though, so someone else will have to confirm.
Island 2 is Hunter's Keep
I believe Island 3 is Corpsecage.

Yes, Winking Isle uses "island1", the same as Mutton Island.

I haven’t been to Zee in a long while, so going off memory here. But here’s what I recall…
Island 1 = used for Mutton Island and at least one other
Island 2 = Hunter’s Keep
Island 3 = Corpsecage Island
Island 4 = Bullbone and/or Grunting Fen
Island 5 = Can’t recall
One of these was also used for “A Secluded Coastline,” part of the Light Fingers Ambition.
Coast 1 & Coast 2 are new to my eyes; I just don’t recall seeing those before, but very cool. Makes me want to go there.
Does anyone know what locations those are used for? If nobody has seen them before, than perhaps they’ll be utilized in some future locations.
