Thank you very much for your response Lady Sapho. I had tried google to no affect and the wiki only provided actions (that I could find) that gave out only two or three of them.
If I'm reading the thread correctly though it looks obtaining them will conflict with the orphan/tribute grind... which is annoying.

Yes, you have to be in the First Coil to trade with the Tiger Keeper, so there is a conflict with the Urchin grind.
Alternatively, Growing Pains in the University gets you 52 Cryptic Clues which can then be converted up.
