Hello, I've unlocked the first level of Archaeologist, but I can't seem to find a way to increase it to two, so I can perform expeditions. Any advice as to where I can get this quality?

Obtaining a favour from Criminals allows you to do a small Expedition called "Seeking a thieves cache", which will level up Archeologist.
