Objective Qualities No Longer Working?

While playing I realized my objectives no longer show up as supposed to and when I tried resetting them the fields that you would normally put in for objectives no longer show up? Is there something I am missing or possibly a work around for it?

I think FBG changed how they work but didn't update the SN front end to reflect it.
